The Urban Model is our medium sized shed that was designed for Urban Backyards. It is 6ft deep and it is available in 6ftx8ft, 6ftx10ft and 6ftx12ft. The Urban XL model is 7ft deep and available in 7ftx10ft and 7ftx12ft.

 

The steep 9/12 roof pitch adds to the visual appeal,  provides a lot of additional storage space under the roof (especially with the optional loft storage option) and frees up precious floor space for bulkier items like lawn mowers and bikes.

You decide where the 32”x69” door is placed, or upgrade to the double door model. We also offer a wide selection of attractive windows and other upgrades like Cedar Shingles, Siding Options, Flower Boxes and Heavy-Duty Ramps.

​

The Urban Model has generous well-proportioned overhangs all around that protect the structure from the elements and give it its’ distinctive look.

​

The Urban Model makes the perfect addition to your backyard as a Storage Shed, Garden Tool Shed, Potting Shed or even Backyard Studio. No matter what you use it for, the Urban Model Shed will make an attractive feature in your backyard.

The base price includes:

​

  • Delivery and installation in the Calgary and Canmore/Banff areas. Additional areas available.

  • Site leveling of up to 6". Additional leveling at an additional charge.

  • Ground Contact rated 4x6 pressure treated foundation

  • 2x4 pressure treated floor joists and 3/4" exterior grade plywood floor

  • Painted in one Colour of your choice with the highest grade Benjamin Moore Aura Paint. Additional Colours (eg. for the door) are available at an additional charge.

  • One Door (32"x69") located either at the Gable end or eaves end. Our doors have a triple frame design that makes the door rigid and sturdy. Decorative black Hinges are included.

  • Diamond Plate Door Threshold to protect the floor edge

  • Trim painted in Benjamin Moore Aura White or Black

  • Aluminum Drip Edge (white or black) around the complete perimeter of the roof structure

  • Aluminum Fascia (white or black) around the complete perimeter of the roof structure

  • Felt Roofing under the shingles to provide an extra layer of Protection for your roof

  • Architectural Asphalt Shingles in black or brown
